Billing: September 3rd | Pick Up Window: September 4th - November 3rd | Shipping Begins:  September 9th (weather dependent)

Please note: Specific allocation wines are only guaranteed during that shipment month. If a wine is no longer available at the time of pick-up, we will replace it with wine of equal value. Wines of lesser or greater value will either be credited or charged the difference.

Spring Allocation

Billing: March 5th
Pick Up Begins: March 6th
Shipping Begins: March 11th
Pick Up Ends: May 5th

Summer Allocation

Billing: June 4th
Pick Up Begins: June 5th
Shipping Begins: June 10th
Pick Up Ends: August 5th

Fall Allocation

Billing: September 3rd
Pick Up Begins: September 4th
Shipping Begins: September 9th
Pick Up Ends: November 3rd

Winter Allocation

Billing: November 12th
Pick Up Begins: November 13th
Shipping Begins: November 18th
Pick Up Ends: January 19th

Please note: If your wine is not picked up during the will-call period, we will ship your wine to the address on file.The card will be rebilled the applicable wines, shipping fees & tax.
