Winemaker Notes
"The fine mousse gracefully rising in the glass makes the brilliant pink color of our sparkling rose particularly radiant. The effervescence carries the aromas of peach and strawberry fruit cocktail to the nose. Hints of peach, watermelon, and white raspberry mingle with the bubbles, creating a brut-like sensation. Picked later than the grapes in our Blanc de Noir, this Rosé of Pinot Noir exhibits light tartness balanced with the perfect amount of sweetness, making for a very drinkable wine." - Winemaker Don Crank III
