2021 Carbonic Pinot Noir

Due to the unique flavor profile of this wine, stemmy, woodsy, smokiness on the nose, with dusty cherries and cola on the palate, this wine can be a bit divisive. You either love it or you hate it. But for us, this is our perfect summer red! We like to serve it slightly chilled accompanied by sweet and tangy barbecue, and grilled portobellos.

Winemaker Notes
"Made using Carbonic Maceration, this youthful Pinot Noir initially expresses cedar wood and toasted tobacco aromas. The aromatic experience builds with dried cherries, macerated strawberries, and leather. Once on the palate, this light-bodied wine mingles with notes of bright red fruit and woodsy stem flavors. While not particularly age-worthy, this wine will charm you with its sublime contrasting flavors for the year to come." - Winemaker Don Crank III
