"The 2021 Blanc de Noirs is made similarly to Champagne and Prosecco by picking Pinot Noir grapes early and pressing them very gently. This bright and bubbly wine carries aromas of apple, citrus zest, and flint. On the palate, the inviting texture of fine bubbles is balanced with juicy sweetness and finishes with lingering flavors of green apple and fleshy pear. Our 2021 Blanc de Noirs is often popped open for celebrations, but I personally also love to enjoy it with salty and rich textures like triple cream cheese or even buttered popcorn." - Winemaker Don Crank III
